Meals
Our stays are usually offered on a half-board basis.
However, on request, bookings can also be made on a bed-and-breakfast or full-board basis.
Check-in/out
On the day of arrival, rooms and suites are available from 14:00.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10:00.
If you think you will arrive after 19:00, please let us know by telephone.
Dogs
You are welcome to bring your dog. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the bar, dining room or wellness area.
Deposit & Reservation
Your room booking will be confirmed as soon as we send you a confirmation email containing details of the required deposit.
Your reservation will be considered binding once you have received written confirmation and paid a deposit of 30% per room.
Buy your ski pass online
The 5% discount applies to online skipass purchases made up to two days before the ski pass becomes valid. Once you have purchased your one-day or multi-day ski pass, you will receive a QR code that you can use to collect your pass from the collection boxes. With the free “Hotel Ski Pass Service” option, you can also select your accommodation when making your purchase online. We will then make sure your ski pass is ready and waiting in your room when you arrive..
Booking
Please inform us in advance if the number of guests arriving differs from the number of people booked.
Payment methods
We accept cash, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as well as bank transfers (Instant Payment).
Local tax
A local tourist tax of €3.00 per person per day (aged 14 and over) is charged.
Children's discounts/Extra beds
- 0 - 2 years: 70%
- 2 - 6 years: 50%
- 6 - 12 years: 30%
- We offer a 10% discount on the third and fourth extra beds
Cancellation policy
- If you cancel 60 days or more before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- If you cancel between 59 days and the day before arrival, 100% of the total cost of your stay will be charged.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the unused nights will be charged.
- To avoid any cancellation fees, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
